I miss You Grandma
I Got the Call This Morning,
Grandma passed away.
She was called home to heaven,
With the Angels she would now stay.
I went outside to think,
I cried an endless stream of tears.
What will I do with out her?
She’s been there for me through all these years.
While sitting in the sun,
I looked up to see,
A butterfly in my yard,
Flying around but never leaving me.
I wondered if it was Grandma,
A sign she was okay,
To tell me that she’d always be there,
And she was with me that day.
Grandma I miss you already,
Even while we are apart,
Please know I’ll love you forever,
And you will always be in my heart.
I love you, Grandma.
