What I learnt about Hungary....

1. Hungarian weddings are crazy! Its 2 in the morning, and I've just gotten ready for bed. Didn't get back to the hotel until about 1:30, and the Hungarians are still partying! Apparently they're going to keep going for at least another 3 hours! We couldn't even keep up with the 91 year old Hungarian relative

They were the purple ones. Turns out I'm not used to dancing in heels. Really really needed flats. Now we just have to wait and see how Val's cousin's wedding went and if Val did any dancing in heels!

I wish I went barefoot! I wore the gold heels I bought online that I wasn't too crazy about. They were okay comfort-wise, but my uncle made me dance two dances with him, and after that my feet really hurt. :P

Were they traditional ball room dances? Cuz I didn't dance a single one of those. The dances at Hungarian weddings is "everyone swarm the dance floor and bounce around to Hungarian music". Which is very very tiring.

I'm not sure it qualifies as dancing. It was more like my uncle grabbed my hands and started doing the boogie from one end of the dance floor to the other. I was just desperately trying to stay on my feet as he literally dragged me from place to place. :P
