Holiday update...
So I made a lot of things and stuff. And this is the second fucking time I'm typing this because I meant to click on a tab and accidentally clicked the bookmark toolbar. And why the fuck doesn't LJ have an automatic save like Blogger? Fuck, get on board. Yeah I'm pissed that I have to type this again.
Matzo Ball Soup
Very delicious, total comfort food.
Sauteed Cabbage
On the show, Tina made it kind of a salad adding raisin, radishes, balsamic and apples. She also just sauteed the cabbage in a butter/oil mix.
Salad with Blackberries and Goat Cheese
For my holiday baking I made Merry Cheesecake Cookies which I make every year. You can find the recipe in this blog or on Food Network.
I also made Rigelach for the first time. It's not easy.
And finally Cheese Latkes.
