I like looking on the backs of things for recipes. This one came on a bag of sun dried tomatoes. Talk about a flavor explosion. This is so delicious and I'm definitely making it again.

One thing. I didn't cook the garlic. Raw garlic is better for you and since there are so many flavors in this dish it didn't overpower. Also, since I didn't cook the dressing garlic I didn't add extra garlic to the salad. I also added 1/4 cup of balsamic instead of just 1T. Your call, however.
