I am a native Zonie which usually means a love for Mexican food.  In my case this is definitely true.  I love to eat it.  I love to make it and I love Christmastime when one of my coworkers brings in delicious homemade tamles she makes with her family.

I also love Rick Bayless and I wanna be his friend so I can go to the party he has after every show "Mexico One Plate at a Time."
