Cauliflower Cheese...

While in the UK at his mum's we had Cauliflower Cheese.  Sadly (I'm sure for my boyfriend) hers was much better than mine.  To be fair I have no idea what recipe she used (probably one in her head).  It's not bad mind you; hers was just better.
