I think this is the first Icelandic Weekend in the history of Icelandic weekends that it has been absolutely frigid in the weather department! While at work yesterday, it began pouring cats and dogs, but did any of the tourists who were sitting on the patio move? No no no, they all sat there, in the rain, under the comfort of their umbrellas while us waitresses got to run around in the rain and get drenched!
Anywho, when I finally got off work, Courtney and I were supposed to be meeting up with her bf and his friend. Little did I know, Courtney and Kai (her boyfriend) had been plotting against me, and were trying to set me up with this other kid. Trust me, I didn't want to be set up, but this poor kid was hanging around me the entire night in a way that doesn't float my boat, lol. We went to the rides and he kept trying to get me to go on all the rides with him and I was just like "No. I don't want to." Annnnd that's my crap story for the day!
Ha ha, well maybe this is enough random babbling for moi... there were a ton of people out wandering le streets last night; I was serenaded by many lovely drunk people as I was attempting to sleep. :P
