went on vacation, to the deep blue sea.
i met you there after so long,
you could say the same.
i was in deep, so deep i couldnt see.
felt like the most important person,
made me feel so great.
we got together.
you turned me round,
insideout, upsidedown.
i got out, i swam to shore,
left you in the dark.
i was safe you were hurt,
walked along the sand
wondering if youre alright.
you came up, walked away,
never said a word.
you found someone new,
ill never get another chance
to go back down with you.
well guess what,
im back in the ocean, im down in deep
youre up in shallow water with your lovely lady
while im grasping for breath in dark cold water.
will you come swim with me in the deep blue sea?
will you come fall with me? down to where we were before,where we couldnt see?
ill be waiting,dont let it be forever
or ill never come up and realize
that i wont get another chance
