last night with my subway i picked up a nutrition guide... while eating my subway.. i read this guide and realised just how much fat my regualr sub is!

this is per 6 inch sub

Chicken fillet - 17.3g ..... the most fatty is spicy itailian.... i dunno what that is
i choose the most fatty bread (italian herbs and cheese) - 6.7g
and i top it off with the most fatty sauce you can get (southwest) - 8.1g
old english cheese adds more fattines.... it doesnt say how much!!!

MY SUGGESTION OF THE HEALTHIEST SUB YOU CAN GET
veggie delight on wheat bread or white bread.... with NO SAUCE.... or if you want sauce the one with the least fat IS sweet onion sauce!

even less fatty then this is a veggie delite salad with no dressing

well this update was quite teh pointless but im le bored!

no more chicken fillet subs with tons of southwest sauce for me!
