(no subject)
theres a job going at work for a trainer. personally i dont think that im ready for it. i dont think ive got enough experiance, but with gill and stu going for it who have been with the company half(if not less) as long as myself im re-considering the fact that i dont have enough experiance.
im not sure who else is going for it, but i know if i did ive got the fact that ive been training my team, doing some coaching and delivering feedback for the past few months, something that stu and gill havent.
but then i know that landlords and enquiries will be after more staff in the very near future. which would also be well cool. but then i would still hvae to wear a headset and the enquiries team are a bit bitchy.
ive got to discuss anything with richy, who i know will say yea just apply but we have to ask him first.
eaga house arent moving over to the watermark anymore so if i want to progress i really do need to choose something over at the watermark, its wether i feel im ready or not.
then i guess i didnt think i was ready to do gradbay but kye chose me to do it for this training group until the 3rd!
its something good to go on my cv if nowt else!
