this is the BEST song ever! its sung by side a (the band i previously talked about) and i really want it as my wedding song! i told the lead singer that he HAS to stay healthy cuz he's gonna be singing it for me in 10 years while walking down the isle...haha he thought that was funny. no but guys seriously. its sooooo weird that i dont want a boyfriend yet, but i already cant wait to get married and live a fairlytale life in the philippines! ah! iv already planned my whole wedding its scary! all that's lacking is who's gonna be waiting for me at the altar. that just made me think of how high my standards are for the boy im gonna end up with! ok ok...here are the qualities i want in my dream guy:
1) he needs to have a great family that he absolutely loves and adores.
2) he needs to respect me and treat me well as well as everybody else.
3) he needs to dress well, be clean, and smell good.
4) he needs to have a direction in life- a goal.
5) he needs to know how to sing and play the guitar and or piano
6) he needs to make me laugh and understand my humor.
7) needs to be patient, loyal, and understanding
8) and most importantly, he needs to love me AND my family.
you see? now how am i suppossed to find a guy like that? pretty high standards huh? well, i have three years to find a guy that great, cuz im not allowing myself to date till im 18. it just seems that most of my friends that have gone through relationships end up broken hearted...and i know that i dont wanna go through all that pain at this early point in my life- you know? besides, i have enough shit to deal with in school anyway. i think that 18 is a good and mature age for me have a boyfriend. cuz seriously, if i had one now, i wouldn't know how to handle a relationship. i was talking to some friends about this, and they told me that age doesnt matter and that if i find my dream guy right now at 15, that i should just go for him. i told them that if he REALLY was my dream guy, then he should be able to wait for me no matter how long it takes...
