still trotting along
The walking is still going very well. I was hoping to take a break during that heat spell, ( even at 7:30, it was still too hot) but my neighbor encouraged me to at least do 10 minutes. We're back to our half hour walks now since it isn't as hot.
With all this walking I now have some energy in the afternoons. I've managed to get things done around the house that have needed work. Next project, the dreaded garage!
