I can't believe my stepdad's wake is tomorrow. It's really going to hit me when all that starts.
Let me tell you how demented my mom is. The other day we were at the funeral home to make the arrangements. No sooner do we get in there and sit down in the arrangement room, then my mom looks at me and my brother and says "he's downstairs.... in the fridge." And we all just cracked up because it was such a random thing for my mom to say at a time like this.
Today my mom and I went out to do some last minute things. We both got haircuts. I have bangs now!! They are long bangs though so they can shwoop to the side. I need to get used to them.
If one more person brings food over here I'm going to burst.
