I woke up this morning around 8:00. Mind you, I can't seem to do that on the days when I have an 8:30 class, and waking up that early would be beneficial to my attendence *sigh*. Anyways, I wake up to the fact that it's snowing. As of right now, the snow has stopped, but it's still beautiful outside, and campus was closed until 10 (not effecting me because my first class isn't until 11, but I'm sure it was nice for some people). I bum around the room for a little while, talking on the phone and trying to figure out what to do. I finish up my reading for Ballet History on the Imperial Russian Ballet. Then, I finally decided I should go down to the laundry room and pick up my pants. I did laundry Wednesday night, I believe it was, so I figured it was about time to go pick up the clothes out of the dryer. That, and I wanted to get some Pop-tarts for breakfast, since I didn't make it out to the real one. I wasn't really up for trekking through the snow for breakfast at 8:00 today. So, I go down there, and lo-and-behold, sitting on the table in the middle of the room, are my clothes, completely folded! I have no idea who did that, but they are amazing. Folding clothes can sometimes be fun, but not at 9:30 in the morning when you're tired and by yourself. That absolutely made my morning, that someone would do something nice like that. Normally, when someone needs to use your dryer, they pile all your clothes on the table in a big heap. But, no, someone actually took the time to fold them. Whoever did that, I love them. It made me smile. What a great way to start today off. It makes me want to go and do random acts of kindess and encouragement for other people. So, I'm off to get ready for my 11:00 class.
