Holy crap awesome! I was almost fooled, but then when they said they wanted to know Saito, I was like 'nope, it's a dream.' There is no way the police wouldn't know a major businessman... ... or am I just over-thinking things? XD!! Anyways, excellent fic!

Hehe well I had hoped that people would pick up on those little hints. Things like the fact that Arthur feels his totem but never touches it (through the pant leg) and that he simply appears in the park, he doesn't remember how he got from the hotel to his location.
