And so, one year to the day from my college graduation, I had my first rehearsal for my first post college play. Oh yes kids, dreams do come true. To be totally honest with the world at large, I probably could have started before this; it's not like I went to every audition that came up. I spent a lot of time wallowing in the post-graduate paralysis that is totally justified, but not very productive.
Side note: Am I the only one that's secretly (and very ashamedly) the weensiest bit excited about Phantom of the Opera? I know it's smart and cool to hate all things Lloyd Webber, but it makes me feel like an eighth grader to hear it. I have some very good memories associated with loving that show, before I became smart and cool.
