(no subject)
Life is good!
Except for that lady who ruined my awesome GPA
(ahh the pain!)
Even after the winter break started
I've continued working on my personal projects
I wasn't lazy at all!
Today I gave my very first commissioned work to its owner
And got paid! yo yo yo
And by the way today was the pickle day at black lotus
We sat across from where the DJ was and decided to do a chain drawing of him
Later we found out that he's worked with that guy from PIMP MY RIDE and stuff
He loved our drawings and gave us his cool business cards
It was really loud in there so I'm not sure but I think he wanted some
character drawings for his wife or something
Anyways that was cool
Also we met another guy who graduated from ccs
That was cool too
Yesterday Lauren and I had our first painting party night
and it was hardcore!
I went to her house around 630pm and we had a little fun
going to dunkin donuts and stuff but once we started painting
we did not stop til like 3 in the morning!
Totally awesome!
It's going to be at my house next week and I can't wait!
Last thing I want to update is that I got the internship with one of my teachers!
She was my book making class teacher this semester.
I really really like her and I really really really enjoy making books
I did book binding when I was in junior high so it was real fun remembering
what I used to do and learning new things
She's being really nice and told me I can come in as much or as little as my schedule allow
But the only problem is that her studio is in Ann Arbor!
That's like an hour drive from my house...
What should I dooooooo:(
