last night i died and went to heavy metal heaven.
i totally forgot how amazing Metallica is live.
Godsmack opened for them, which i wasn't too thrilled about but they were actually pretty damn good. the drummer and the singer did two drum solos in which i wet myself =)
AND THEN...
the boys came out.
jesusfuckingchrist the crowd went craZy! i saw lars and wet myself once more. they played a shit load of songs [sad but true, frantic, nothing else matters, disposable heros, the unforgiven, seek and destroy, st. anger, fade to black and many many more.]
Kirk did a guitar solo, Rob did a bass solo, AND then lars...holymotherfuckingshit it was the highlight of the whole fucking night.
they had an encore and it was guuuuuud.
and then some asshole spilt beer on me but all was forgiven =)
andddddddd that was my night.
it was the best concert ive ever been too.
