(This idea is nicked only slightly from asynca, since I've had something like this in my head for a while, but she reminded me of it.)
Meet my Watson my Wilson my Stacy my House my Holmes my other half, and not screw it up.
Walk across the entirety of North America, from Pacific to Atlantic (or the other way around, I'm not picky).
Watch both the Northern and Southern Lights.
Publish something, even just a little book of poetry or an article.
Go backpacking across Europe or Asia or, well, anywhere really, with a few really good friends.
Visit every continent at least once.
Spend months in foreign countries.
Become truly comfortable in my own skin.
'Go native' somewhere.
Take my parents out to dinner at a really nice restaurant.
Take my family on vacation and not let them pay a cent.
Watch my sister find happiness, however that may be.
Save somebody's life. Then do it again for somebody else, and then again and again, without ever expecting compensation.
Narrow down my life's possessions to what I can comfortably carry.
Figure out where I belong.
Swim in the Dead Sea.
Get really, really good at something. Preferably more than one somethings.
Learn to solve a Rubik's Cube easily.
Learn to play the piano as well as Hugh Laurie. Better, even.
Make my parents proud.
Make my Aunt Nancy and Uncle Mark proud.
Make my little sister proud.
Get in shape. Really in shape. As in, looks-good-naked shape. ;)
Learn how to sing. Well.
Learn how to dance. Well.
Learn how to cook. Well.
Become fluent in more than one language.
Learn how to be driven and accomplished.
Learn how to drive stick-shift.
Figure out what really matters.
Celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. And their 75th.
Get a tattoo. Maybe more than one.
Find a job doing something I love, once I figure out just what that is.
Acquire some really interesting scars while incurring no permanent damage. The kinds of scars I can make up awesome stories about. Like about how this one time, in Asia, I was fighting this tiger...
Learn how to snowboard.
Learn how to ride a motorcycle.
Go hiking and camping somewhere beautiful with my sister, like Hawai'i or Montana. Or China.
Have a little kid think I'm amazing.
