I'm serious. It seems like everytime there's some form of recognition or appreciation or just something good that seems to come his way, it's snatched away from him last minute. This seems to be one of those cases. And in some cases it's not like something he can control either or something that is easily avoidable. In other words, if that fucktard hadn't interfered w/ the foul ball, Wake would've had 8 IP and 2 ER. But nooooo. Why yes, I am pretty ripshit about it. That douchebag cost Wake an All Star spot most likely. I'd still love to see him make it, but I doubt it.

This whole game as frustrating. Just mere inches was what defined this game between a win and a loss. And each mere inch went against the Red Sox. Nick Green almost homered in the 8th but missed by mere inches, the 2-run double that scored the goahead runs for teh M's in teh 11th was just mere inches in the line, and man did those balls all seem to just get in that line. *sigh* It's pretty frustrating and annoying but what are you gonna do? You just gotta do what you gotta do. I'm just more feeling bad for Wakey than for the loss as weird as it sounds. I'm pissed they lost and all, but man I really wanted to see Wakey do well and get an All Star slot.

But alas, thems the breaks. *sigh* Who knows, maybe there'll be some sort of miracle...maybe.
