Brad Penny *hearts* karaoke
Hey everybody. How are you guys doing today? Not bad here. Worked for 3 hours and now just killing time. Now just thinking of those strange thing you do when you're listening to a song on the radio. Like just little quirky things that you always find yourself doing. Like with the song "In the Air Tonight"-Phil Collins -- I tend to "air drum" when that drum part comes up, I whistle along to "Me and Julio Down By the Schoolyard"-Simon and Garfunkel in the whistling part, I "air piano" at the beginning of "Jessica"-Allman Bros Band, I always find myself looking in my rear-view mirror after the line "a little voice inside my head said don't look back you can never look back" line in "Boys of Summer"-Don Henley. Stuff like that. The oddest thing I do, hands down, is with "The Boxer"-Simon and Garfunkel in the "cut him till he cried out" part when there's like an abrupt stop in the background music, I always clap. I dunno just weird shit like that.
Now onto baseball matters. Red Sox and Angels play again tonight. Another late night ballgame, but it's all good. Wake goes tonight and it'd be nice if he kicked some ass. That's all I really got on him. He's been good this season and I'd love to see him continue it. As dorky as it sounds, I really wanna see him make the All Star Team at least once before his career is over. But that doesn't have much to do with anything. And on a closing note -- here's Brad Penny, Chuck Liddell, and Chris Cooley singing "Don't Stop Believin" I am not shitting you on that one.
