I'm usually pretty good with getting sleep but there's certain times when it's hard to come. That usually happens during snowstorms, migraines, stuffy nose attacks, and when I'm home alone. 2 of those have happened so now it's 7:40am, I just had a nice yummy breakfast, and looking out at the snow. All I ask is no power outages. That is all. Still sick, but I'm not getting chills or aches. Just a stuffy nose, phlegm like crazy, a sore throat, and a froggy sounding voice. Really sexy, dontcha think? :P
So anyways, bright sides? My morning classes are canceled so I'm missing nothing. Afternoon classes are still up in the air as of now but I think they'll cancel those. My birthday is in 3 days so that's always cool. Also I have been listening to Raphael Saadiq a bit. He's really good and has a lot of old school R&B in him. I had heard of him before, but I think it was
ecl1958 talking about him that made me do the youtubery searching. Good stuff. Also today would've been the 105th birthday of Dr. Seuss. And Dr. Seuss is pretty much the man. So yeah there's that too.
Yeah I have absolutely nothing today. The WBC players have headed out to participate. Luckily only 2 of them are pitchers *phew* but the Red Sox do have a lot of players participating. Though a good chunk of them are also minor leaguers. This means that we will see ourselves some hot minor league prospect action. And Jim Bowden resigned...finally a step in the right direction for Washington. That's all for now.
