Tonight is a sleepover with the Sox! Okay not really...that may be scary to put the words "sleepover" and "Papelbon" in the same sentence. I think everybody else would be fine...but Papelbon would take my car and drive it into the seawall. And Manny would be bugging for ice cream every 10 seconds.....okay maybe not. But anyways I'm bored and there's nothing to do. I was gonna go up to RIC to pay off my bill but I'm gonna wait till my next weekday offday to get that done with. I got a pretty sweet painting from the Blood Center because I donate blood like a mofo. I haven't recently but I'm gonna get back in the habit of it soon. But what I'm getting at is that the game is on at 10pm. Also, I have "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" in my head right now. I can't sing that song without cracking up midway through.
Red Sox and Mariners face off at Safeco aka Red Sox' house of horrors. And if Safeco folks have had any form of brains they would totally close the roof given the fact that in closed roof circumstances they have won 2 games. Local boy(in Washington State terms) Jon Lester goes up against Jarrod Washburn. Hopefully Lester will be the stopper and forget the fact that he sucks in front of the local folks. :P At least I hope so. The Red Sox really need a couple wins and that's a tall task given their suck at Safeco. Oh and under ANY circumstance, save for a 10 run lead, I do NOT wanna see Mike Timlin even warming UP in the fucking bullpen, okee? Okee.
