Because that'll surely explain that 9th inning. What a piss poor job of umpiring there. The Red Sox lost another close one, but to be honest, they were screwed the second JD Drew rolled his wrist. I kinda feel bad for Brad Mills. He's responsible for the team for 2 games and already shit is going bad for him. But regardless, it was a bit of a piss poor effort from the Red Sox tonight too. Their hitting just wasn't there, for the most part. The only ones who were hitting couldn't really do much to begin with. And they're now without an outfielder and maybe two if Coco is as sick as it seems. Mills is probably looking at all of this and is all like "Tito, don't ever leave me alone again!!!". Just a strange series of events, to say the least. Regardless it was a piss poor effort from everybody. Beckett looked like 2006 Beckett, Manny and Lowell fucked up a golden opportunity, and well...it just wasn't a good game.
But these games are going to happen guys. Besides, they got one more game and then finally another offday. That reminds me that I need to go picspam hunting in a few too. Tomorrow's game is a 3:05pm game. I'm not gonna do a full blown pregame till tomorrow morning, most likely. If not, then oh well. I'm gonna be working 11:30am-4pm so I won't be able to help ya there. I'm starting to get onto my summer schedule slowly but surely. I wonder if I can talk to my boss or the somewhat boss about the whole "getting a fourth person on Saturday afternoons" dealio. Though, to be honest, Subway is really really weather dependent in the summer. Rainy Sundays are the worst...completely dead. Oh and total cheapskates! Anyways that's it for now. Don't fret, folks. It'll be okay.
