Hot-Lanta and Colds
What's up boys and girls? My earlier suspicions were right, I have a cold. I woke up this morning with a horrible horrible sore throat and my nose is like acting up big time. So basically I'm downing lots of soup and ice cream before Wednesday night. One of my pals from home is joining along and another friend of mine who she has a crush on. So I kinda wanna be like as top notch as I can get. Hopefully more than us and my roommate show up this time because I want them to meet the whole crew. And my friend can also get a read on a situation for me(long story but one of the guys that goes on a regular basis may have a crush on me...I'm sucktastic at reading that stuff for myself and I'm slightly interested so I'd at least like to know)
Anyways onto baseball matters. Red Sox are facing the Braves for three games out in Atlanta. Schilling opens up the series against Chuck James. James has been alright form what I hear. Schill was KILLED in his last outing but hasn't been all that bad lately. It'll be fun to watch him hit and to see what kind of lineup juggling they'll be doing. Only six more games till interleague ends(Thank God!) and this is the longest road trip of the season. They'll be going from Atlanta to San Diego to Seattle and back to Boston. A sucky road trip but hey, you do what you can. I'd like some offensive awesome and winningtastic with a side of defensive gems. Oh and a Coco resurgence for a beverage. :) Oh and on that last night
