Red Sox face the Rangers in about 15 minutes or so, give or take. They can go for the sweep today with Julian Tavarez on the mound. Ortiz has the day off for once, resting his "barking hammies" and what not. So Hinske DHs and Youks will hit third. Tavarez is Tavarez, anything more than 5 IP with 3 ER is a plus. Nothing at all against him though.
