Yep....definitely the low point of the season. No doubt. Against the Blue Jays too. All you can do now is laugh. There's no use in trying to make sense of it or getting angry about it. Also no sense in being depressed about it. These things happen, 2007 will be better and all that matters now is that there's a clean bill of health for Papi(which he is starting on Saturday) and also for Lester.
In other news, Tom Brady has a house in my town. I am not lying. This was a long known rumor from 2004. But it has been confirmed with a lady I work with who said she saw him enjoying chowder and clam cakes nearby the said house he lives in. I know where it is too! :D I think I alluded to the rumor last year, but I got confirmation now. I don't have any interest in Tom Brady, he's an alright guy but he doesn't do anything for me.
Yeah lunch w/ co-workers was a lotta fun. Though I swear to god the country music the A's fan kept playing is gonna be in my head allllll day. I have "Summertime"-Kenny Chesney stuck in my head right now.
