Hey there boys and girls. What's new with you folks? Not much here...well besides the whole having to possibly invest in an ark. It's flooding something bad here in Rhode Island. I've been on and off awake all morning...well actually the past 2 days when you think about it because I was about to go to bed when my brother is like "OH FUCK THE BASEMENT IS FLOODED" and then we had to wake my sister up. Our basement is looking better though. Got up to 1.5" down there. Though it's not my family unless if something crazy happens...that came in the form of a 10 lb bag of dog food. My mom tried to move it and well, the bottom was wet so it spilled everywhere.I'm staying out of everybody's way. It's not like I'm being lazy. It's just in these kind of situations I'm always in the way with other people. I need to be told what to do and in these situations, people don't give me any instructions and assume I will have the brainpower to find out for myself...well I can figure things to do on my own but so many goddamn times in my life, I've been told not to do whatever it is that I figure out needs to be done that I don't even bother. It's a vicious cycle that causes a lot of frustration within myself. Of course explaining this will cause even more annoyance because I suck at speaking. Days like today make me realize how effed up my mental capacity tends to be. I'm not really stupid, my brain is just wired differently. Hmm perhaps that's what my speech can entail with ADHD.
Anyways, Opening Day is coming up pretty soon. I'm going to the name next Tuesday. That should be fun. Supposedly my dad is going with me but I haven't gotten the full story on that just yet. He's supposedly going to Florida the next day. I'm gonna end up having to stay on campus till about 5pm anyway because I have to hand in my paper proposal. I'm looking forward to the game. I'm thankful class was canceled so since I was to miss my 5pm if I stuck around, I'd have to give up my tickets to someone else. Maybe my brother if he was up for it but he's still kinda worn down from mono. But anyways, that's all for now. I'm really liking this Red Sox team. I'm a sucker for a slick glove (which is also why I'm loving the crap out of Jose Iglesias as well)
