life goes on
and it certainly does. no matter how much im missing jon i seem to make it through the day and each day it gets a little better. so saturday night an old friend from high school called me. well he isnt exactly a friend, he was more like an acquaintance in high school but i saw him last week and he asked for my number and i gave it to him. so saturday night i went over to his place and we watched a couple of movies and talked. it was actually a pretty good night. i really like him and enjoy spending time with him...but part of me still wished it was jon on that couch with me. so at like 3 i left the fire house and headed back home. sunday i woke up and he called me to see if i wanted to get lunch. we headed downtown to try the teriyaki place, but alas it was closed so we went to isla instead. after lunch i went over to laceys for a bit and then we went to see davinci code. it was a pretty good movie, i havent read the book but i enjoyed it just the same. there were a couple times however when i totally thought it was ending but it kept going on! so yesterday i worked at bhs, oh what fun it was to be back at high school again ;) after work i went over to britts and we watched aeon flux with joel. today i was working at ordway and the func. skills teacher kept begging me all day to go with one of her students tomorrow to outdoor ed as their aid...and i said yes. so tomorrow morning im headed off to outdoor ed with a bunch of 4th graders. should be fun. camp food, sleeping bags and lots of outdoors fun. but im getting paid, so its all good :) well i better start packing, i leave with the other chaperones bright and early tomorrow morning.
