a new semester
well break is over and im back in pullman for spring semester. wont be going home till march or maybe may now. it was a good break, i was happy to be home and have a bit of a rest but i was ready to come home...and to me that is what it feels like. pullman feels more my home than bainbridge does these days. well yesterday i had this grand plan to get up, take a shower, have some breakfast, load the car and have some down time. well i set my alarm for 645 PM instead of am...so i didnt get any of those things and ended up running around the house scrambling to get ready. still was able to pick lacey and brittany up and make the 845 boat though, which was good. and we had left over vegetable rolls from thriftway, so i ate those on the boat. so the drive was good. had lots of girly talk and random music. first thing i did was go straight to my mailbox to check, and there sitting in my mail box driving me crazy for the entire break was my letter from the college of education stating that i had been accepted!!!!!!!! so i was very much relieved and excited. so its official i am now an education major! unpacked all my stuff...still isnt all the way unpacked actually.deposited my check and went to the store for groceries and what not. then we came back and ate dinner and watched the cougar basketball game in laceys room. we were playing UW, and i really didnt think we had a chance, but i was gonna cheer on our team anyways. well we started off playing pretty crappy and i almost left but miraculousy we WON!!! it was amazing, i was so excited. lance came over and watched the ending with us. then we sat around for a bit and then started watching troy. we were all so tired though that we all fell asleep on laceys bed. this morning i got up and lacey and i went running...except lacey couldnt even run like a minute and her "speed" walking was more like strolling ;) so we called it quits and went to old european for breakfast instead. i am determined though to start running, and lacey and i made it our new years resolution so it better happen! well now off to crimson and grey and see how much damage books will be this semester.
