I know they make fun of me

You know when you karaoke and sometimes there are people in the room next to you and you can hear them singing? Well I usually chuckle when I hear them because they sound really awful.  That's immature of me because I sound just as bad, not to mention at least they know all the lyrics to the songs unlike me. Went karaoke today with Becca and her coworker. It's scary how into karaoke I get. I feel myself singing like I was holding a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Usually I stop singing when the karaoke worker comes in to deliver the drinks, but this time I pretty much just ignored him and went right on singing. I also use to not like singing with people I didn't really know. It's kind of embarrassing having them hear you screech you know? But now, after today, I can say for sure I couldn't give a rat's ass about who is in the karaoke room with me. I can pretty much tune anything out. I'm over being embarrassed. I think this time was a break through for Becca too since she's not keen on singing in front of others either.  Yay.   Even though we sang for a record of 3 hrs straight today, I can't wait for more karaoke next week with Becca and Yieng. Time to start practicing girls!

My arms are sore. I mowed a lawn for the first time ever. Dang, I never knew it was so hard. The mower is super heavy and hard to push! After like  5 rows, I gave up and had my dad mow the rest. But of course the soreness didn't stop me from holding a mic up for 3 hours.
