Todd Goldman is a Hack.
So we all know those shirts with the stupid bunny on them that say things like "You Suck", or "Boys are dumb - throw rocks at them", right?
Well, the "artist" of those shirts is Todd Goldman. And I use the term "artist" lightly, as it turns out that he has most likely been plagerizing for years.
It started here a thread that began with the discovery that one of Dave Kelly's (an online comic artist and animator) images was blatantly ripped off on one of Goldman's shirts.
It continues here with perhaps one of the most comprehensive lists of images Goldman may or may not have filched from. Seriously folks, it goes on for days.
And now Todd Goldman is out to try to silence the fact that he is in fact The Biggest Asshole of the island.
I hate that greasy and foul scumsuckers pretentious jackasses can make a living, while the real people behind this work go unnoticed. The truly sucktastic part is that he will probably get away with it with barely a slap on his hands (if anything). The only way to hurt this guy is to go for where his heart (most obviously) is: his wallet. Personally, I'm not buying any of his shit. And I'm going to let others know why I'm not buying his shit. And if I'm at a store when I see his shit, I'll be sure to let that store know why I'm not buying his shit, and why I am leaving their premises and letting others know that this store carries [his] shit.
I am, however, considering buying this as a sign of support. And because, unlike Goldman's stuff, I actually find this funny. Better buy one now, before Goldman sends in his lawyer gorillas to silence them.
Grassroot movements gonna burn on this front, muthafuckers. And if anything, it'll make me feel good to not support a talentless hack like Todd Goldman.
