so i haven't updated in awhile. so shoot me...ok don't really shoot me its just an expression :)
so i don't think i updated about last tuesday so we'll start there
tuesday- track meet yay (the most exciting thing about spring break) so i picked up jillian and she seemed ok...but she really didn't feel well. i don't like it when jillian's like that she makes me so sad :( but anyways, on the bus ride it was fun. long but fun. we get there and we see marie and i'm like hey there's marie! and taylor goes how come she got to ride in avan. and i said cause she was in daytona and shes not running. and taylor's like well if i had known that i could come if i was someplace else i woulda spent the night with my grandma. and i thought to myself "u don't wanna be with the team? are we really that awful that u can't ride down on the bus with us?" maybe i'm just bein to harsh on her. ok, not maybe, definitely, but it irks me that she doesn't love the team as much as me. more at the end of tuesday---so we get to the meet and we warm up. the 4x8 stunk, we ran an 11:03. and won by thirty seconds, but we ran an 11:03. urg. jillian really didn't feel well :( she ran a 3:00. but anyways, the meets moving along and such. in the 800 i had a good race! it was exciting and scary. someone stayed with me the whole time, pushin me the whole way. not like leela who stays right behind me and doesn't make me push and then outkicks me at the end. anyways i ended up runnin a 2:30!!!!yay! so i'm excited because i haven't run that well yet this year. and the 4x4 was so awesome! maryann and i ran slow but we'll fix it. TARA and KELLY are AWESOME! we won by a coupla steps i think, but thats not important--what is is that we ran a 4:21-and i know we can do better cause i can run 2-3 seconds faster and so can maryann. anyways on the bus ride home i talked to ms. b for most of it. she said my problem is that i see everything black and white. which i'm kinda realizing i do- i see other people's opinions and respect that that's their opinion, but i still think/know that mine is right. which applies to taylor cause i'm stubborn and i think i'm always right-and maybe i'm not. which means i need to lay off taylor and not give her such a hard time.
wednesday-don't remember what i did so it must not have been important
thursday-went for a run and then went to gainesville to see deej run! yay for deej! so i drove up there and met tana. she took me to panera. then we went to the meet. we saw the steeplechase-omg! enoch nadler fell over the second barrier. got up in last place and finished in third overall!!!! wow!!!! and then we saw steve hassen. giggle giggle ;) and then deej ran. she didn't run it all b/c of her back but she still did good! i love ya deej. so then i went back to tana's dorm room (i got to spend the night!!!) and fell asleep. woke up early friday
friday-so the drive back was uneventful until five minutes from my house. i ran into a mailbox and busted my mirror--i almost cried. iwas so upset.but my mommy said it was ok, i'd just have to pay for the mirror. so i'm out of 32 bucks. sigh. so we went down to tampa and picked up my prom dress-aside from the fact that its hard to breathe while i'm in it its perfect. so i just need to lose some of my gut! ok not gut-but its still hard to breathe. so then we drive to warner southern-omg it was so awful-there were like 3 buildings there-total! needless to say evne if they offer a really good scholarship i'm not going there. and then i went to applebee's with my family. it was our back to school dinner that my parents promised us in august. lol-we just take a long time! so that was friday
saturday-cleaned cleaned cleaned-my room, my bathroom, my house. in the middle of it all lisa took me to walmart to get me my first makeup stuff-causei need it for prom. i'm such a dork! owell. thankyou soooooo much lisa!!!i love ya!
then my family came
and thats what i've been doin the past coupla days-hangin out with my cool niece and nephew chloe and ben! such fun notes: i can't fly a kite unless it has two handles. i had to get ben (who is 3) to teach me how. coloring eggs is no fun unless u do it with your hands. i still hate swimming. running in the wind (today) is horrible! but fun. i couldn't run in a straight line!
and thats my spring break
i must also note that it has by far been the most relaxing break ever!!!and i enjoyed it despite spending almost every day at home. its nice to relax and not worry about stuff......but tomorrow its back to school
