How does this thing still exist?
Moved to Alabama for the year for an internship at the VA. It's going well but, damn is the south not for me. It's too rural, it's too hot. Although some upsides is the cost of living is extremely low and the people are super nice.
LDRs suck. I mean, really suck. I'm too emotional to be away for such a long period of time and not able to see my SO each week. On top of that it's hard to plan a wedding.
Trying to find work after internship also sucks. I'd like to have a permanent job now, please, and thank you.
Thanksgiving can't come soon enough, nor can the weekend for that matter, and the week just started. Womp womp.
