alright so the much needed update after a month of silence...
new york city is so amazing... i've been there once or twice before school trips for the day and whatever.. but to have a whole week there... i want to live there.. but isnt that everyones dream? theres so much to do... pennsylvania/ delaware is a very boring place to be compared to NYC.. but so.. we took the ursuline vans on the trip.. needless to say my mom cried before we left. ha.. but anyone who knows the ursuline vans- it is not a comfortable ride at all.. and with ms. k-s and ms. daum driving.. it was an expierence.. for some reason i think i might of drove better then the both of them. once we got to the ursuline college.. it was really nice but no AC n once again an all girls school.. nope wouldnt be able to do it! teka & i met the most amazing girl! she went to the ursuline school in the bronx.. caroline!!! i miss you! she knew where everything was so we knew where we were going when no one else did.. we moved a mattress in our room so she slept in our room.. atleast both teka & i brought fans.. i think the best times we had on the trip was just being in our dorm room.. we were crazy...so friday night we just met all the girls there were ursuline girls from wilmington,dallas, st. louis and the bronx n saturday morning we left early to go shoppin/sight seein in the city.. teka, caroline & i made the mistake of going to 5th ave on our 1st day of shopping.. lol badddd idea b/c teka & i spent all our money.. we went in coach and versace and the ladies were lookin at us like we were crazy.. oh yea we went to ellis island and the statue of liberty= waste of time... b/c we didnt have any frekin time.. that night we all met up again and ate at bubba gumps? i think lol.. it was great.. on the way there we saw robin and ja from real world.. then on the way out we noticed this big humongous crowd.. and it was the passing of the olympic torch, p.diddy ran it in and the lady that played the in my big fat greek wedding, mutombo, nadia cominech?? (sp.. lol), oh yea and when we were shoppin we met the guy from the apprentice not trump but the guy that sat next to him.. lol and went on the NBC studios tour in between all that so we got in around 2 that night went right to bed, then sunday we went to church in the morning, went to see the play 42nd street.. ive never been to a broadway play- it was sooo great! i wish i could do that. then we went to dinner in the bronx at an italian restaurant and got pulled over by the cops?-- hmm leave that to ms. k-s and ms. daum.Monday we started working at the mental health assosciation and salvation army teka and i went with crystal and lauren over to salvation army and completely cleaned out this arts and craft room! you wouldnt have believed the way it was.. and one night we went on the midnight run around the city to give food and clothes to the homeless... it was such a great expierence and i wouldnt have changed it for the world.. there will be pics on the xanga... when i get my scanning thing reloaded on to this comp SINCE IT GOT REIMAGED :(
oh yea, teka will be coming out with a book about our trip.. lol
came home and worked for a week.. had a couple sftball games and it was kaylas birthday!! shes finally 16, we went n saw firewoks but also it was mommoms one year of not being here with us... i was so freaking sad.. but i know shes lookin out for me.. b/c its been a tough couple years here.. sunday night i went to longwood to see the fireworks but we went early to go look at all the plants n flowers.. excccciitttiinnngg.. lol
next morning i went to philly with cass and fam. to see her college and get her art supplies for school.. man am i gonna miss her .. but i will have my car soon after she leaves... and trust me i will go and see her! lol.. we have way too much fun together.. whenever were together.. life seems less stressful!? am i right cass? lol.. all we do is laugh..
so after that later that day i went shoppin to get teka her bday present at the mall b/c her birthday was july 4th! shes finally 16 too! everyones growin up.. lol jk but we left for the beach later.. i finally got too meet the infamous brittany- tekas bestfriend that doesnt go to UA.. then shona came n we left for ocean city!! i had so much fun with them right when we got there.. we got ready and left for h20.. whoa.. we had way too much fun! lol.. brad and cameron were there from real world.. so ive successfuly met half of real world san diego.. walked the board walk then the next day we went to jolly rogers to get on the water slides.. and stupid pale me forgot sun tan lotion so i got burnt but still went to the club that night and brad came back went on the board walk again and then went to breakfast in the morning and went gokartin.. it was good stuff.. and it really didnt rain at all while we were there but it poured on the way home..
since then ive been workin my ass off! babysittin/quiznos, finally started gettin my nails done again.. which was really needed, i went n saw anchorman- HILARIOUS and the notebook- so great with cass/ jack, i saw I, Robot the other day with dad.. oh and i saw the terminal with the fam right when i came back from NYC.. so far this summer has been good.. it could be better.. but without a car/license.. its not gettin too far..
oh speakin of car i went n looked at the scion... its amazing lol.. my mom thinks im gonna get in trouble with it b/c "its a fast car" but shes crazy and i think the only reason im gettin it, is b/c my dad is in love with it.. i have a feelin i'll be driving the truck and he'll have the car.. lol, hmm im going to get my hair done next tuesday.. i think im gonna get more blonde in my hair and im never going back to salon secrets- they suck!!! and are way to expensive.. so im going down to greenville its called dagmars reason.. im excited.. this hair needs a freakin cut.. and on monday im going into school with mrs green to erase everything from the yearbook comps. and get everything set up again ... supposedly we have new comps??? hmm who knows
