Guess I should update....
Hm what has happened since I last posted....
- wedding plans are slowly forming.
- got 2 wedding dresses just because they were that beautiful and FREAKIN CHEAP! Thank god for boutiques closing (due to the owner retiring, nothing nefarious or malicious)! I can wear one at the ceremony and the other to the reception. I can also wear both to Fanime at our Black and White Ball! And yes I did take that into consideration when I was buying my dresses. It's disgusting how much Fanime is ingrained in my life.
- got promoted at work - w00t!
- pulled off another successful year at Fanime.
- got promoted in Fanime - holy crap I'm in charge now! Vice-Chair! It's a 3 year commitment so it almost makes me sick thinking of all the time I have to devote now and how much we have to put off by taking on these roles....
- family decided to be insane and go out on Black Friday. But hey, good thing because Boy and I got our wedding rings! For over 50% off! His parents are holding his ring and my mom's holding mine. I very much want to wear my ring, but am not ready for that just yet.
- experienced my own temporary insanity and decided to splurge on Boy's Christmas/Anniversary gift. XBOX 360 Elite with Rock Band 2. Although it's been really fun I have to say. We're playing a game together again and it's fun to rock out! His look of utter horror and eventual smile when he opened his gifts were well worth it! Why yes I delight in his (anyone's really) shock. What was that Satan? Cry more? Yes please do so, your tears are delicious. This doesn't make sense? Well it's been a long work week and I'm still somewhat sick so sue me.
- Fanime planning continues.
That's about it for now! I suppose the next time I post I'll be married! Kinda cool thought, actually.
