Con experience reduced to a pro/con list:
Con
- No program guides that I worked so diligently on. Fucking printing company....
- Fluffy dying multiple times so my staff and I had to stay up multiple days anyway, even though I got to site on Tuesday to get the printing done early. Goddammit.
- didn't get to go to a lot of things like FMVs, all the MusicFests, spend more time in the dealer's room.
- Having to deal with the printing company after con. Boo.
Pro
+ People loved the fact that the schedules were readable this year
+ Got a new printer since Fluffy kept dying. All hail Bob.
+ Got to go to half of the MusicFests
+ Got to hang out with cool Fanime staff I haven't seen in forever <3
+ The hawt waiter dude in the executive lounge who got me a few to go boxes to bring cheesecake back to people <3 Totally awesome guy.
+ Got to hang out with the bands. It was so nice seeing ZZ again! And they remembered me, or at least the shirt that they signed for me ^^; MECHANiCAL PANDA are SO CUTE! They're so cute but so hardcore. They're awesome. And I love Crack 6. Huge perverts, but they're so sweet and funny too. I loved talking to them. Karma Shenjing was also fun to talk to. They're very enthusiastic about their music and they really care about their fans. A total plus.
+ Watching Music and Lyrics on a projector in one of the convention rooms. T'was awesome to pull up chairs and watch a good movie with friends.
+ Racing mobies in Exhibit Hall 3 and playing steal the rhino while learning how to drive it around.
+ Having dinner with good friends at the end then going out on a cursed dessert journey. It was great seeing everyone =D
+ Made a funny and sweet photo album for Tony with the dept/div heads' help.
+ Having people tell me I was a good dept head this year. This really means a lot to me cuz I thought I really sucked.
+ The introduction of "sukebe" into my lexicon.
+ The introduction of "Pop! Goes My Heart" into my playlist.
Overall, it was a great con. ^_^
