You so sure about that? Because you don't seem to be following it. The ghost was doing one thing: messing with the minds of the people here. We got rid of it, people went back to normal.

Somehow you expect its defeat to dramatically work towards solving the fact we're all stuck here or at the very least the living conditions in this city? You know that's not how it works.
