I love when music inspires art of different mediums, I purpose we assemble a collection...different works of art in various mediums all inspired by a single source? I know there are some extremely talented people on lj, whose in?
ART IN EVERYDAY LIFE: is there an art to living? if so is there a lifestyle that doesnt qualify as art? is social interaction an art, skill or merely an arbitrary practice we go about strictly because we are bound by predetermined instinct? ----I think it is an art as evryone has different methods an styles to go about doing it. I also think life is less of an art as it is an examination of beauty. Perhaps lifs purpose is to determine what is beautiful, capture it, and then hold on to it and cultivate for the rest of ones existance... hmmmmm yet art attempts to capture beauty aswell, once again telling us that maybee there is an art to living (or atleast an involvement in it). maybee one day...
I got the new Yo la tengo "prisoners of love" best of cd and it is unbeleivable. Thank you to this band
