If you didnt know. My friend Dave and I are writting a book. Filled with middle America office space type humor. One section will be " Actual Calls on a Tech support line." I just now, ( checks watch) ten minutes ago got our latest entry... To set it up . I am a 'tech' for a self explanitory shipping software. Think UPS/fedex. when walking this lady through the step by step process...
Caller: " why is it asking for my weight!!? What the hell does that have to do with anything??"
Me: " Um Mam, thats the weight of the Package"
Caller: ".... Oh"
Ahhh Decatur, G.A.! Yeehaw!
