it's fucking cold here. yeah yeah yeah, i know i'll get used to it. the rain has only been mildly annoying, i'm assured it'll get worse...i can hardly wait. but short of those two complaints about the weather i'm pretty happy here. i'm working now, yay! i still live with johnny but will be moving into my own place within the month - or that's the plan. living with johnny isn't bad, i'm really comfortable there. not as comfortable as in my own place but as close as i could possibly get. the kids are happy enough, they both enjoy their new schools. shae's got friends but refuses to socialize with them outside of school for some reason. michael says she's waiting to have her own bedroom...that would make sense. speaking of michael, he's found a pretty decent job in portland and will be moving there sunday to work. i'll visit when i can, he'll visit when he can. it'll all work out, it's only a couple hours away. i still need to see sara and sohail anyway. ;)
life isn't good, it's not bad either. things are changing. the mess has been made, now it's time to clean up.
