yep...but you know, i realized something today, not to say that i never realized it before but it became more apparent. nothing will ever happen if you dont allow it to. if i spend all my time feeling sorry for myself, whining and complaining that i have nothing then that is what i'll have. i dunno...its crazy, im in this very positive mood and im happy. haha...im on some sort of happy high or something cus i cant think straight. a lil off subject but im getting a tat of a pheonix but i have yet to find a design i love. would you happen to know of any?...your icon is actually pretty cool...im thinkin about doing something very similar to that.

i know exactly what you're talking about with the whole "happy high" thing, you have to make things for yourself, but every now and then a little "break" of some sort would be much appreciated. the tat idea is cool i'll post my "unfinished" pheonix tat it's more of an oriental look but i like it i'll also post some links to different designs if i can remember whre they are.

why did i get the pheonix tat well let's see outta highschool got messed up in some really bad shit, in a horrible relationship that ended...well horribly, moved away from home wasn't sober at all in something like a year and a half straight, came back home frieghteningly skinny and with more addiction problems then i'd like to admit to, got the tat to signify the surviving of that experience and to remind myself i can make it through, corny as hell now that i think about it but hey that's the reason can't do anything about it. so can i ask about yours?

i dont think thats corny at all...atleast you have a reason. not that im saying you have to have a reason, i believe if you want something thats reason enough and that even if the tat is something everyone has, it will atleast signify that time in your life and will become a memory even if a regretable one. i have 5 tats...most of them have no meaning. hah. well i want a pheonix because of a few reasons. 1, the pheonix is said to be an additional sign for the scorpio (im a scorpio...well i should hope so, otherwise id be an even bigger loser for following someone elses sign. hah). well the scorpion is supposedly the only sign to have 3 symbols..some speculate 4. the scorpion becomes the eagle which then becomes the pheonix. some say it then becomes a dragon...i dunno. im not obsessed w/ astrology, i just found that interesting. 2, i love egyptology. and 3, i am forever reinvinting myself. its just my personality. and i too feel that no matter what has happened, i am still here. that all the pain i have gone through in the end only

when are you going to get this tat,let me know cause i want pics of it. do you know any good places because i had issues with the last place i went, hence the "unfinished" part of mine. how much do you like egyptology, i studied for a little while and have an ankh and eye of ra (the guy kinda fucked up) on my arm, maybe we could talk about it on aim? anyways i should be getting a few pics of my tats to post soon, i'll give you the link if interested...

im getting the tat as soon as possible...a guy from work has a cousin that is a tat artist so he's hooking me, just gotta wait for him to give me a call. well i live in houston...i could ask one of my friends in austin where he got his. i love egyptology...i wanted to be an egyptologist til i found out its nearly impossible to get a job in the field. i want to get an eye of horus...and i have this tat on my ankle, its a line from sheet music (beethovens 5th symphony)...well i have this lil space in between the start and the end (i had them leave it on purpose...figured id put something there later) and ive been tryin to think of something to put in the middle of it and an ankh is perfect. hah...yea we could talk about egyptology on aim...you prob know more than i do. lol...my sn is prittycuteblond. and id totally be interested in seein your tats...well i gotta go to work now. lata
