So, how are things lately, Kat?
Well, let me tell you! Life had done me up a big upside-down cake! I am no longer going to Pittsburgh, PA.. for my apartment fell through. This started a chain of events which lead me to realize I no longer desire to live in Pittsburgh as much as I did before. And it's okay. I had a stressful few weeks taking all of this in, but I've decided to apply for Paier Art school in Hamden, CT. It fits in much better because it's close to home.. but not too close. I can still see my friends and family.. and if I ever had an emergency, I have somewhere and some people to go to. So I'm a lot more comfortable. The only thing that kinda rots is that I have to go through all the applying stuff all over again. But hey, guess you gotta' do what you gotta' do, huh? Yea.

Here's the good news of this week! Carl and I got a car! Thanks to the co-signing of my Dad. Today was the day we picked it up and basked in its glory. A 2001 Chevy Malibu. What a change it is to go from that poopie astro into a nice car like this. We're getting our stereo installed on Wednesday by Best Buy.. so Cd's will be available for play soon! As well as my ipod. I am also going for a driving lesson tomorrow with Carl. My next goals: Get license & get accepted to Paier. So all is well in those departments. Yes, a car!!

Can't say there is! There never really is any bad news with me, I've trained myself to be optimistic about everything.. and it works out amazingly. Turn every bad situation into a good one and keep it as a learning experience! That is my advice to my friends. :) Bye, guys!
