this bum didn't get blown away last night... maybe tonight?
I was going to post this this morning but just never got around to it. i have no idea why, especially since i'd already typed it.

The great tummy in the sky is fitfully rumbling.
Last night we had a quite a storm. At one point i awoke wondering if my window was going to blow in on me, and at the force of wind, throwing my comfortor over my head wouldn't have saved me from a glass dagger or two. Maybe my blinds would save the day, but my computer would've bit the magnet. I don't like that its in front of the window, but theres really no other place to put it... except maybe the closet. ^D^;
Speaking of my longtime beau, Furbinator, he greatly disappointed me last night when i was on a roll with a great Hyde fanart and right as i went to save, he froze. ...-_-; i lost hyde's legs. However, my irritation was quickly capsized when he threatened to not even turn back on. Sudden fear that would've ended in tears if he didn't. I reboot twice and asked God to fix my computer (xD yes, i did, and why not? he's great with his hands) while i washed in the shower. PRAISE GOD, when i returned, furb was back.
Other technology woes have risen this week, as yahoo has changed their html and layout again to one which is biased against my browser. I'm already using student formed icab because the ie doesn't work with today's formats. My computer(ihyde, not furbinator) is old but works great! So every browser doesn't support my poor baby. So now i can't check my email. *siiiigh* This is a GREAT inconvenience! (ahhahahah i've gotten so use to the touch screen at work i almost tried to x,D to move my cursor on the screen with my finger jakfj hahahha :x) I can recieve my email on my itouch but can only go so far back; not to mention i can't copy & paste sh!t (i'm pretty sure theres supposed to be a way to do that tho...) or save files to a flash drive to transfer to any of my computers. My itouch won't connect to my computers because they are so old (i set it up using my sister's.)
It looks like now my only two solutions to this may be either spending a couple hundred to upgrade my Furb, or, fate be with me, find another bypassing browser to get my email with... but i think that is slim.

Why does dad need to look at my car?
Well, a few months back whilst ferrying my sisters to and from those gawdawful hs football games, i hit a GIANT ("DID I KNICK CHINA?!!") pothole at the corner of the stoplight, that you CAN NOT see at night.
It killed my alignment, possibly bent something. Now if i take my hand off the wheel my car will veer off the road. @_@ very quickly. suicidal car. x.x;
soooo.... yeah.
Did i mention its raining?
Not sure i want to go out before work... like i had planned to yesterday and didn't.
Its looking like i won't be able to go to MD after all... (i tried switching with someone- no one could come through.) I suppose maybe its for the better anyways, because i'm a little hesitant to drive 8 hours in a car that doesn't want to have the same destination. So since i have saturday off, the mutual family's day off, i think i will suggest we all make christmas cookies. ^_^ it would be nice if we could really ALL do it together.

Now the rain is gone but we've got some blustery wind whooshing around out there. i never went out, but asked dad if he wanted to do the thrift thing with me tomorrow and he said maybe so (yeay! ...altho sometimes he gets more into it than i do...)
when i get paid this weekend i think i'll go ahead and re-upgrade to paid account. its been a long while. i miss my other icons, and i'd rather support lj and use them for my local file hosting. i ♥s the lj.
off to work for a measley two hours but its better than nothing. ^_^ have good night you all *chu*
