A debate

Whilst watching my third season (second disc) of Jeeves and Wooster I made the off-hand comment that it was my sincere belief that Jeeves is a homosexual.
Elliot, upon hearing this, burst into laughter and insisted that I assumed most everyone was gay. This is simply untrue. For one, I do not assume. I wait for facts to be presented before me. Then I guess and theorize.
I pointed this out to Elliot, who was unconvinced, saying that he did not see any facts that Jeeves was homosexual.
I quickly pointed out that:
-- Jeeves is always bailing Bertie (Wooster) out of situations that really any man servant does not have to
-- Jeeves also allows himself to be at hand to assist Bertie in any of his follies (even though he does protest once or twice for legality reasons ~ but for the most part, all of the follies are fairly criminal in one sense or manner)
-- Jeeves is subtle when his opinions are made, but he does let them be known especially where Bertie is concerned. From something as vague of a trifile as Bertie taking up an ill-fated instrument (that was beneficial for everyone involved) to the most meticulous domesticated of nitpicking such as Bertie growing a mustouche (something a run of the mill man servant would really not care about one way or another) Jeeves does speak his mind
-- Jeeves has broken up more engagements than I can count off-hand. Even though Bertie is notorious for getting out of his own engagements, the one girl he seemed to be fairly interested in and tried to make an effort of was demolished by Jeeves. Granted, he did it for Bertie's own good (she was a raging bitch) but I think his own preference to keep Bertie a bachlor was intended as well

Elliot thought I was crazy when I pointed these factors out, so we opted to get an outside opinion of someone who had never seen the show and could only go on episode synopsis fact alone. We chose our friend Amy. And she agreed with me.
Elliot says that is because she is a lesbian and cannot bear the thought of breeders of either sex but since she bore us a child, I really doubt that is her true intent of thought.

Jeeves is a homosexual, damn it.
I still wonder about Bertie...Since he doesn't strike me as a playboy.
