Tonight's cookies
... they were difficult. First, we ran out of peanut butter. The solution? BlendTec blender and raw peanuts. Blend until a paste. Yay power! Then since I screwed up with adding vegetable oil (Jon distracted me with wine) we did a quadruple batch, which required first a whole lot of messy combining by hand, then the stand up mixer with a lot of foil to keep the batter in the bowl... turn on high, keep arms around the foil to contain batter... boom! Instant properly mixed batter. The cookies turned out amazing, but only because of serious application of power, repeatedly.
Oh, and Babylon 5 has amazing writing. I can't believe I missed this when it was first on.
