That's right ladies and gentlemen, it is time for one of those random, yet all so important updates from J.B.
Yes, I know what you are saying right now, and I can assure you that Hell is not freezing over, Global warming and all kinda prevents that ya know.
Soooooooooooo............... where should I start.
Events as of recent you say? Ok, I will give you a short list then expound on some of them, some are of course self explanatory.
Short List:
Having to watch my lil sister get married.
My little brother having another son.
My first semester in College in which my old ass got all A's.
My training to be a cage fighter.
UFC's 1-50 on DVD, I am now currently at 37.
Star Wars Episode III.
The Longest Yard.
I am amazing, well that isn't really recent news is it?
Adventures of Saito.
So lets get started,
Melissa getting married. I suppose this is a day that would have had to come at some point, and I really don't have anything against Tommy, he is a good guy. They have been seeing each other for a couple of years, and living together for a little over a year now. And Melissa has her head on straight she already has her first house. Tommy basically would do anything for her and is a hard working guy.
So the wedding was very nice, I was an usher and back up "giving girl away" guy in case Dad did something stupid. Which he didn't, in fact I was proud of my Dad, with a free bar and all that he still managed to not do a single thing to ruin that day for Melissa. Melissa was incredibly beautiful, and I did all the obligatory dances with her and my Mom. It was a really good time, and Melissa and Tommy were happier than I had ever seen either one of them.
Jaiden James Holden:
So at last Josh's long ass nightmare of a pregnant wife is over. NIcky chose her pregnancy to become doubly bitchy, which she has a tendency to be at times. But Josh stuck through it, and now we have a new member of the family, despite Nicky picking what I would think would be the a pretty fuckin stupid first name, in fact I would have relegated her naming priveledges on this one. Since she named her first baby Malachi Gauge Alexander something something. The damn kid has like 5 names.
This baby was important for Josh, though they wanted a daughter this is still in some ways Josh's first kid. Of course there is Austin his first son, but he basically didn't know anything about that until Austin was 3, and his Mom was going to Jail, and her sister filed for paternity to find out who the real dad was. Turned out it was Josh and Josh fully accepted custody of Austin, and that is how it has been ever since. Josh never did the whole diaper thing, nor did he get to name his son or see his son being born. Which he got to do, which was very emotional for him. And he really is a cute ass baby, he has alot of Josh's features.
College
So far I hate to say it but College is easy. Compared to my military A'school it is pretty damn easy. I guess probably a biggest part of the adjustment to College for most people is the time management aspect. But since this isn't something I got into right out of high school, I already have great time management. And yes I realize this was my first semester that it will probably get tougher, and I look forward to that.
But so far I have taken 4 accelerated classes, and a pretty big schedule.
So far I am now halfway through Summer semester, in which I again took 4 accelerated calsses and an online class. By the end of this semester I will have 33 credit hours, which ain't bad in 2 semesters. By this time next year I will be done with the AA and working on my major. Which is pretty good imo.
Cage Fighter training...
yeah not really... but I am doing Submission style wrestling with a group here in town until we get a new dojo opened up. Which is basically the cage fighting stuff, no gi, submissions, take downs, etc. That and I am doing alot of bag work, and working with a boxing coach right now, which is awesome.
UFC's.
Yeah we got 1-50 on DVD, to save you any trouble, 16 thru about 26 suck balls, but then it started getting better again.
Episode 3:
I liked it alot, I would enjoyed seeing some more Anakin whoop ass on Jedi, and could have done without the Frankenstein walking screaming Nooooooooo! OTher than that it rocked a good bit.
The Longest Yard:
If you have seen the original then you will know most of this movie, they added some new stuff and freshened it up, but it is damn near scene for scene for the majority of the movie, just a bit funnier. Hard to tell, if you haven't seen the first one then you will probably really like it. Having seen the first one kind of makes you not sure which one was funnier.
Saito:
He's doing great, thanks for asking! I need to get some more pictures of him online and will post some. He is now around 75ish pounds, still really skinny he is just really tall. Really tall for a shepherd that is for sure, he is an inch taller than the standard, which doesn't seem that bad really. But he is taller than my Mastiff so that is saying something.
Well that is all for now, will update more later when I am not sweating my arse off...
