NaNoWriMo madness

I am behind on words.

I'm writing my ass off to get back into the game.

I will finish this year.

And then I'll be writing, editing and getting this bad boy to tip top shape so I can actually sell this thing. I have other half-formed novels, but I want to finish one. I need to. I need to get this first fiction novel under my belt, so I can call myself a fiction writer. The poetry collection first (Whenever the hell that is going to hell. More bitterness and irritation on that some other time) And next having a fiction book. In-between, I'll be contributing author to a book. And I'm changing up my freelance game so that I'm taking more chances instead of being afraid and holding myself back. I need to shake off the negativity and just do it.

Also, I started actually posting videos on YouTube. I'm not buying better equipment until I have more subscribers and stuff. Right now I have a little over 20, which is still cool...if they can see it when I update. I took some footage today, and I have footage for another video, so I'll probably start posting twice a week. Maybe. We'll see.

If I can manage to get through the NaNo earlier than expected, then we'll be going camping this weekend, either at the beach or the Botanical Gardens. Either way would be awesome.

It's nice to just write down some thoughts without any expectations, pimping out posts or trying to get people to like, share, subscribe. Livejournal, I've missed your simplicity.
