Elisa Hernandez, a high school sophomore, had visited friends in another apartment in her housing complex just before midnight on Tuesday when Alfred R. Bishop arrived in the same apartment. The two reportedly knew each other, but only in passing. He tried to coax Hernandez into kissing him, but she laughed at him, reports The Associated Press. So he pulled out a pistol, placed it against her head, and again demanded she kiss him. Hernandez refused and pushed the gun away twice. Bishop then allegedly went into a rage and shot her through the left eye. She died at the scene. He fled but was captured and arrested in Washington, D.C. at his aunt's home on Wednesday night and will be charged with the murder of Elisa Hernandez- THATS FUCKED UP
