Into the Wild Blue Yonder...
Thank you for your support and well-wishings, my friends. I promise to update if and when I can. Admittedly, there is that small part of me that is looking forward to being forced to live with so few distractions and so little free time as to forcefully inspire great drive in me to get done all the things that I have found reasons to put off until now.
I finally got the word today, and that word is Monday. Not much time left here. I take comfort in knowing that I will return in the fall fitter and with at least one completed screenplay ready to be sent off.
I hope I get to spend some time at home before I leave, though! I left for work at 5 this morning, and I did not get home until 9:30 at night. No telling what they'll have me doing tomorrow. I guess I need to get used to that pretty fast.
